Project goal

ACE was performing a valve replacement at the Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant in Washington, D.C.

These valves were no ordinary valves, they were 84 inches tall and weigh nearly 20,000 pounds each. This video highlights the construction challenges of a project of this scope.
